Sailing Kairos works in partnership with Catway, the company that represents Northman Yachts in France and Switzerland. Two main ranges: Maxus for sailing yachts & Northman Trawler for motor yachts.
Why Northman
A choice that was never a coincidence
Kairos, our own boat, is a Maxus 26 — and not our first Northman. We started with a Maxus 24 EVO, and upgraded to the 26 in early 2026, for the simplest of reasons: nothing else on the market matches Northman's quality for the price. Founded in Poland in 1995, the yard grew from a small family business into a name recognised across Europe — a Maxus 22 has twice circumnavigated the globe. In 2022, the Maxus 35 became the first ocean-class sailing yacht the yard designed and built entirely in-house.
